Man this week has been Busy...! I had to go down for transfers to make sure all my new zone members would be able to make it back up well. Then I had MLT (Mission Leadership Training) and this was the last one that President Cosgrave wold do because he is leaving at the end of July to go home after serving for 5 years. One couples mission then immediately called to be Mission president when he got back home. It will be very sad to see him go because I have grown really close to him and he has helped me learn so many thing and to expand my vision. I am just praying are new President well be just as amazing as he is.
Now for my new companion. His name is Elder Turner and he is from Provo Utah. We have been able to click very well and I can tell this well be another great transfer. On Friday he and I are going to go paint a house for one of our members. She has always been giving us things so we told her that we would paint her house for her. So hopefully we are good painters.
So That is my week in a nutshell. I hope all you guys are doing great. Also remember who you are and what you stand for.

Wow me and my new companion are really doing well! Sadly the week was a little slow on finding but we did paint someone's house tho. We went to Sister Precious house and we were the only ones that showed up which means more food for us. She was so happy that we came. This week President Cosgrave is coming up to Tamale for our Final interviews with him and our last zone conference. I am going to really miss him. Yet there is still hope for the next one to follow him.
So I forgot to say but yes me and my companion are getting along just fine. He is actually a really cool guy he has only nine weeks until he goes home but he is still working as hard as ever. I am also getting along with the missionaries in my zone as well. All of our actual which means our new investigators, Book of Mormons placed, and baptisms have increased this last month and we are hoping that they well continue to increase this coming month. Also we are planing on having a Baptism this week. Her name is Wendy. She is a super cool girl and has come to a church a several times and has told us that she want to be a member. The only thing was that she was always busy during the weeks so it has been hard to teach her but she is finally ready. so pray all goes well.
Also we were able to teach a guy named Brandon. he is actually Muslim and want to convert. The only thing stopping him is his father who is 98. he always jokes and says "It is not like i am praying for him to die but ...ya i am ready for a change." He is a really cool guy and we continue to teach him and are only waiting for well... the father. We will just continue to pray and hope for the best.
YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING!

So yup this week was the final good bye to President Cosgrave. His last hand shake with me he pulled me in and said do not worry we will meet after your mission and then he gave me his personal Info. So I was happy about that. He also told me that just remember the reason you came out here and always focus on daily repentance even for the small things and you will succeed in life, not always have fun but truly succeed in life.
Also we have been teaching a guy named Michel. He is amazing! he was taught once awhile ago but had to travel for school but now he is back and he is so eager to learn. he will be baptized July 7th. So you can pray that all goes well with him. Besides that we have just been busy trying to do exchanges with the other Elders and preparing for this upcoming Mission Leadership Counsel since we will have a new Mission President.
personally I have been doing well tho. My companion Elder Turner and i have been doing amazing. We crack jokes and are able to help each other a lot. So all is well in Zion.

I am so happy that Gavins and your trip where a successes! Man I can not wait to go camping... I mean i kind of am but still.
Well for me I got a busy couple of weeks ahead of me. I need to buy bus tickets today for my entire zone so we can go meet our new Mission president in Sunyani which is a 4 hour trip one way. After that I need to get back as quick as possible so that we can prepare our investigator Michel for baptism on Saturday . Then the following week I need to go to Kumasi with my companion since we are Zone leaders for the Mission counsel which is held every month which is a 7 hour trip one way. So mixing all that with the regular schedule we have a Zone Leaders we are going to be Busy. But something I have Learned is that God can make all things possible. If he needs me to achieve something then by all my effort and his grace I can achieve anything.

So this last week was busy like normal but amazing also. We went to Sunyani to see the New Mission President and while I was down there I got to see a few members from my old area. It was a blast then the following day we meet our new Mission President, President Webster. As soon as got to meet him he put both his hands on my shoulders and said in a new Zealand accent "how are you Elder..... Barnum ...like the circus?" It was super funny. Needless to say I like him.
After all of this we came back to Tamale and had a baptism for Michael. It was a great time then the day after he was confirmed he came out tracting with us. Overall a great week.

Well some big news cam this week... I am getting transferred out of Tamale. Also I am staying a Zone Leader but I am not sure where i am going yet but it should be interesting. I am really sad to leave my companion and the area. I have really learned to love it here. Also we had MLC last week it was great! president Webster did very well for his first time and is just what this mission needs.
Now as for your question. I Think I have a sure knowledge that the Gospel is true especially the Restoration. It just makes so much sense and there is so much evidence and I have received a confirmation that it is true every time I have testified of it.
So that is me this week! I hope you guys are great!

So cool that you are in Hurricane right now with the fam. I hope you beat Tommy and Nathan for me. Haha!
As for me I got my new companion. My companion name is Elder Ebissan and he is an African. He is super cool. He is sometimes does not talk much but we are getting along very well. Also i am in a ward now. This is my first ward in Ghana and the people are really helping here. It was amazing that i did not have to teach a single class at church last Sunday.

That is so cool to see all you guys together. Also that car looks really good with Gavin.
For me i am still enjoying a bit of relaxation at church sense I do not have to teach any lessons. I just get to go to the classes and make sure that there is no false doctrine being spread. Sometimes since the church is new they just answer what they think rather then looking for the actual doctrine. It just means I have to stay on top of my studies so I know what to say when difficult questions come up.
Now as for my day to day activities I normally wake up and iron my shirt and make myself a smoothie. Then once we head out we see a few of our investigators. One of our investigators had a baptism this past week. She is 10 years old and her name is Cecilia. She such a cute little girl and she has been taking the lessons very well. now we are just helping her come to church and reactivating here Grandmother whom she stays with..... ya she is just great. So once we see a few people we go back home for lunch usually rice and stew and then we head out again. after a long day we get back close our day and take accountability reports from all of our district leaders. And FINALLY we get to sleep and boom right as you close your eyes alarm clock goes off and yet somehow you have just enough strength to complete the next day .
Also final question read Mosiah 18:30 and then the entire chapter. Then tell me if you think the Book of Mormon was named after a place or a person
